Client Service Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service Incoming calls (Reservations and service issues) from clients in a call center environment
  • Process cases related to client reservations
  • Perform various activities in the Customer Service System
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives that include reviews of recorded calls and samples of e-mails

MINIMUM CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work Weekend Days or nights required
  • Ability to work Weekday evenings
  • Extremely positive, warm and bright attitude
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Excellent verbal (great phone voice a must) and written skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer issues and the desire to promote services
  • The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a strong plus but not required.
  • Prior Call Center experience preferred
  • Self motivated and can work with minimal supervision

Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years experience as a dispatcher or dispatch assistant and must have good knowledge of the South Florida Area. As a BDS you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our local, nationwide and worldwide chauffeured transportation company. This position would include cold calls, visits to corporate hotels, travel agencies, corporate clients, etc. You will attend local business events, meetings, chamber events, etc. to gather new busines. Must have good customer service service skills and be able to communicate with clients as well as the companies management team. Chauffeur

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for team players with exceptional customer service, communication skills, a clean driving record and be at least 23 years of age. We are currently looking for Chauffeurs (no prior Chauffeur experience needed) who can work at least 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays.

MINIMUM CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be customer service focused
  • Must be courteous/ responsible/ personable – “team player”;
  • Can lift up to 70 lbs
  • Can read maps/gps and find locations efficiently
  • Know the South Florida area
  • Is a proven multi-tasker
  • Must have a current, valid clean FL drivers license
